Texas would never have prospered had it not been for barbed wire. The invention was used so much that even in a nature park, you find remnants of old fences if you look. This barbed wire is very old, not as old as the cattle boom at the beginning of the 20th century, but barbed wire always makes me think of my beloved home state. I saw this post and wanted to see this photo. Luckly, the camera wanted the shot too.
I dont like this one as much as [link] but I still like it. [link] is the fence I shot the two pic from. |
